They allegedly took hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes to approve and expedite immigration applications, including family petitions, green cards, and naturalization forms. Investigators say Ganiyu bypassed required interviews, background checks, supervisory review, and basic eligibility rules in exchange for cash.
This is not a small crime; it is a blatant betrayal of public trust with serious implications for immigration policy. When the very people tasked with guarding our nation put a price tag on lawful status, the immigration system becomes meaningless. Every approval granted under this scheme undermines the integrity of the process that is supposed to protect American citizens, Texas communities, and national security.
For six years, these officials shirked their duty and collected payoffs while unvetted fraudsters infiltrated the country. Open borders administrations and left-wing ideologues insisted the system was “working”, and yet this case demonstrates the exact opposite.
