The Muslim invasion of Texas has been dealt a new blow. A Texas municipal district tied to the East Plano Islamic Center has been caught holding secret meetings and trying to illegally annex over 400 acres of land tied to the Epic City/The Meadows project.
Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit against Double R Municipal Utility District 2A and its officers for violating the Texas Open Meetings Act. According to the lawsuit, the Municipal Utility District (MUD) carried out a secret takeover back in September 2025. This meeting violated the Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA), which requires meetings where government officials make decisions to be open and transparent to the public.
They held a meeting in a remote field without providing information and access to the public. During the meeting, the directors terminated and replaced the legal counsel, resigned and appointed a completely new board, and annexed 400+ acres of land to EPIC City.
AG Paxton’s lawsuit over the meeting is separate from his previous lawsuits opposing the EPIC City, which had directly halted the project through a temporary injunction. Instead, this new suit targets government officials who appear to have coordinated this secret takeover of the MUD. Paxton stated that “EPIC City developers have tried to evade the law in any way possible, but I will fight to uncover and stop any illegal scheme that seeks to advance their project.”
While the existence of EPIC City itself is a cause of dire concern for Texas, this secret plot by EPIC City’s associates in local government shows just how dangerous immigration by Muslims or any other non-assimilating group truly is.
The only way to stop this invasion is to limit legal immigration. Texans for Strong Borders has long called for an immigration moratorium and repealing the Hart-Celler Act of 1965 and Immigration Act of 1990. Then, we can have an immigration policy that prevents people like the Muslims in charge of EPIC City from coming to America in the first place. It’s time to put American citizens first and protect ourselves from foreigners who see us as objectives to be conquered.
