President Trump issued a powerful endorsement for conservative fighter Ken Paxton in the primary runoff against incumbent John Cornyn. This past Wednesday, the President posted his lengthy endorsement for Attorney General Ken Paxton.
Trump listed Paxton’s support for the SAVE America Act, support for border security, and opposition to migrant crime as reasons for his endorsement. Senator Cornyn and his allies in the US Senate, particularly Senate majority leader John Thune, had a chance to pass the SAVE Act if they eliminated the filibuster, but chose not to, against the President’s wishes.
John Cornyn has a long record of failure on immigration. In 2020, he ran Spanish-language ads pushing amnesty for illegal aliens. His repeated votes and maneuvers blocking effective border security have now come back to haunt him. Texans are fed up with weak-kneed politicians who put foreign invaders ahead of American citizens.
Texans for Strong Borders proudly endorsed Ken Paxton from the very beginning. Attorney General Paxton has proven himself time and again by battling Biden’s open borders, fighting H-1B visa fraud that harms American workers, crushing sanctuary city policies, and standing strong for law and order.
Conservatives must make it to the polls in this runoff election. If we show up in force, Ken Paxton will defeat John Cornyn. Then we must do it again in November to defeat the radical Democrat James Talarico on Election Day. With Ken Paxton in office, Texas will have a real conservative fighter in the United States Senate who will help defend our sovereignty and stop the flow of illegal aliens.
With Early Voting ending Friday, May 22, your last chance to vote is on Election Day, Tuesday, May 26. This is our opportunity to reject amnesty and destructive border policies.
