Patriot,
This week, the murder of a 12-year-old girl in Houston drove home the human cost of the invasion at the Texas Border. Franklin Peña and Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel, both Venezuelan nationals who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border illegally earlier this year, are charged with capital murder in connection to the death of Jocelyn Nungaray. Nungaray was found strangled in a Houston creek early Monday morning.
Astonishingly, both Peña and Martinez-Rangel were apprehended crossing the border illegally near El Paso, and as has become commonplace under the Biden Administration, given a Notice to Appear and released on their own recognizance.
Nungaray is only the latest victim in a string of horrific crimes committed by illegal aliens who come from all over the globe to enter the United States, knowing that they are in essentially no danger of deportation or extended detention.
These kinds of crimes are totally preventable. In this case, the case of Laken Riley, and in many others, the perpetrators were apprehended by Border Patrol, where they should have been detained and deported. Instead, due to the Open Borders policies of the Biden Administration, they were released into the interior of the United States.
Enough is enough. The State of Texas can and must do more to repel the invasion at our border, and when Donald Trump wins in November he must do everything in his power to return these illegal aliens to their countries of origin, no matter the cost.
If you have a group who would like us to give a presentation, please reach out. We speak to groups all over the state in order to educate Texans just like you and empower them to hold our elected officials accountable.
